Very enthusiastic team and brilliant photos taken and promotion. A few teething problems at the beginning so we missed the opportunity of an open house but Jordan worked her socks off in the last week to push through our sale, speaking to solicitors and other estate agents due to someone getting cold feet in the chain.

Unfortunately there isn't an option for 0 stars, I have never been involved with such a unprofessional company! All I'v had since the beginning of my tenancy is stress. I have felt the whole time of living in this property all haart has done is disrespect and lie to us. They were never bothered about sending maintenance out to us when we needed it most! On my first day of living at haarts property I was on my hands and knees scrubbing the kitchen! I have been made to pay money and when I asked what it's for, one manager couldn't tell me and the other told me it was for themselves to gain extra money! I can not say one good thing about this awful estate agents! Do not sign up with haart, you will regret it.

The complete lack of communication and unprofessionalism is why this will be a one star rating. We put in an offer which we were told is exactly what the seller is asking for and was the highest offer. And then learn that the house is no longer for sale (after searching for the property on the site) If we did not call we would not have even known the house was sold STC. Not even a single courtesy call to inform us if the seller had even agreed to our offer!!. I wouldn't be surprised if this is due to the fact we decided not to list our property with HAART. And called them to cancel the appointment we had booked a week after the offer, after hearing of their complete lack of professionalism. We are so glad we took others advice.

Shocking customer experience. Had massive damp problems in one of their properties. We aired the flat out daily and yes in the winter also. We emailed numerous times to ask someone to sort the problem. Sent a few guys over but no work was to be done. The lovely guys who came round identified the problem within the structural problems around the roof and chimney, where there was a huge crack. Anyway long story short.... they blamed us for the damp issue and when I moved out they withheld my deposit for 2 months. After investigation the full funds were released but then received a phone call saying ‘thanks you’ve cost us money over this’ shocking letting agency and would steer very clear

Poor communication to tenants would never recommend or use again

Not impressed at all! Was told our deposit had been released last Wednesday and would be in today at the latest. Rang today as no money appeared and been told wasn't released until the Friday so will be another five working days! Been lied to constantly by them awful service and very unprofessional

I can't recommend anyone use this company for renting out your property, the customer service is terrible and I am made to feel that I am not in the least important to them as a landlord. Still waiting 2 months down the line for a payment which "should be with me" but never arrives. Even phoned head office to be told no one can help me and it is not possible to put me through to anyone and to phone branch which I do sometimes on a daily basis. I am at my wits end.
