Just back from a great weekend at The Adventure Overland show. We made the most bizarre sale of the year when a customer took his stove away strapped to the rear of his bicycle!

Ammo can stove in stainless steel! If you were wondering why we had been quiet for a while this is it! Whilst the original steel stoves were, and still are, great they were heavy. They also require maintenance to prevent corrosion. The aspiration was to produce a lighter stove with all the design features of the original. The ability to burn wood, charcoal and meths is still an inherent design feature. All components fit neatly in a large ammo can. The stove has been on a diet and, including heat resistant glove, grill, windshields, aluminium tent pegs, mallet and genuine military ammunition can comes to under 12kg. All components are made from 2mm stainless steel that are bolted together rather than welded. This gives fantastic strength and durability. We will be at the Wilderness Gathering next week so come for a brew and a chat.

The Intellectual Property Office have recognised the unique features of Ammo Can Stove and have issued a design registration certificate. The certificate came in the post this morning. It's quite an achievement seeing my name and the word intellectual on the same peice of paper! Following the interest and sales at the Wilderness Gathering and your continued support it gives our humble family business the confidence to keep going!
