Went for the first time yesterday as a treat from my partner for us both. Was pleasantly surprised at how amazing the facilities were and both thoroughly enjoyed our treatment too! Will be back!

Went for a lunchtime treat with my work mate. We went for the 120 thermal suite usage and it was just perfect to relax and rejuvenate us. The staff were friendly and the thermal suite itself was very well laid out with plenty of options to try. You should definitely have an extra 'e' in the name to be Heaven Spa :) Thank you so much - we will be back!

We had a fantastic time here on Saturday for my sister's birthday surprise, we used the thermal suite for two hours then had a treatment which was amazing and good value for money. Thank you all for a lovely day and I can't wait to come back again to treat ourselves. Xxx

Visited yesterday with my 15 year old daughter as a birthday treat for her ! Loved it. Due to her age we had to go in a double treatment room which didn't take anything away from the experience. I had a whole body exfoliation which left my skin feeling like silk , my daughter had a facial which she loved and we both had a back massage which was just divine. The staff were extremely friendly and made you feel welcome. We will definitely be going back. �

This was not my first visit but I felt I finally had to leave a review as it has been so wonderful each time! The first time, I went with friends and we all had Swedish massages in separate rooms...it was such a lovely treat for us all and we really enjoyed it. I have also had a massage in a shared room with my Mum and again it was really lovely and the relaxation element was in no way lessened by having other people in the room. My most recent visit was my first deep tissue massage and I was a bit worried as I had heard it can be quite sore. I was immediately put at ease and felt relaxed both throughout the massage and afterwards. Next time I plan on using the thermal suite for a full experience though!!

The facilities are excellent.The thermal suite had everything to offer for a relaxing/chilled out afternoon.The swedish message i had after was amazing and i felt relaxed and very much less tense in myself .Will defiantly be back in the furture for a treatment as staff were brilliant and helpful ....

Spent my gift voucher on a lovely couple of hours in the spa this afternoon. Lucked out and had the thermal suite to myself for most of it and a very relaxing facial afterwards. Hopefully won’t be too long before I can go back.

Spent a wonderful afternoon in this heavenly oasis in the heart of Exeter. Lovely staff great facilities and the best back massage. I will definitely be back. Thank you.

I took my staff here for our works doo last weekend and we had the best time! The staff were so accommodating, the spa had everything we needed and the treatments were perfect! I had 2 hours of the thermal suite followed by the Frangipani Dream and was all so relaxing! I loved the sauna and jacuzzi and the Frangipani Dream was amazing, it even made me fall asleep towards the end haha! I definitely recommend and want to come back one day :)

Haven Spa is a little bit of peace and tranquility amongst a background of busy city life. The thermal suite is a great way to start your spa treat before a treatment. The staff are lovely and give useful advice after a treatment on how you can help yourselves at home. Would definitely recommend Haven Spa

Had the 'mother to be package' today and it was amazing. Staff very friendly and welcoming and very easy to talk to. me and my great big bump (37wks) felt very looked after. I had an all over body massage, manicure and pedicure and would highly recommend this package and haven spa �

From when I booked it up to when me and my sister went there for her birthday 30th of September this year the staff couldn't of been more helpful and kind we really enjoyed our time there and the massage was so nice and relaxing we're definitely be returning.

Enjoyed Valentine's morning here so chilled!! 2 hours in the thermal spa followed by a full body massage, absolute heaven!!! Can't recommend this place highly enough, such a break from reality it is amazing! And every single one of the girls were fab! Thankyou so much will be back soon for sure!! xxxx

Amazing place. So relaxing and rejuvenating. Fab facilities and excellent massage. So good I booked our anniversary spa day bit of Mummy and Daddy pampering! Thank you to all the staff from looking after us. Can't wait till the 13th ���

Amazing place! Staff are all very friendly, and the spa is fantastic! Had an amazing back, neck and shoulder massage! Would definitely recommend to anyone, and we will certainly be back! Thank you!!

I recieved a voucher for my birthday and thought id use it on a couple of treatments,

Staff were very friendly however treatment was shocking! I had a gel polish manicure & pedicure and after 2 days the gel had chipped on both my finger nails and toe nails after it stated it lasts for 2 weeks without chipping. I had noticed that none of the free edge on my nails were capped therefore the gel polish was just peeling off (i am a nail tech myself) would not have my nails done there again.
