Hedge End Social Club Description
We have two bars serving a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages including a range of ever-changing real ales at very competitive prices. A selection of filled rolls are available at the bar daily.
Our Middle Bar is aimed principally at family recreation and offers a pool table, darts, juke box, games machines and two TV screens used for sports. The Jubilee Bar is ideal for a quiet night out and is restricted to those who are 18 and over only.
Snooker table We have a dedicated snooker room with two full sized match tables.
A large function room is available for hire as is a smaller meeting or conference room.
Hedge End Club is located in the heart of Hedge End Village with ample free parking and is served by good bus routes.
We have been an integral part of the village life for over 50 years and offer a safe and enjoyable social experience to all.
Our Stewardess, Julie Langford, has been with the Club for over 10 years and she and her team will always ensure a warm and friendly greeting to members and our guests.
The Club is fully accessible by wheelchair users, has disabled parking close to the main doors and has separate toilets for the disabled. There are also facilities for baby changing.
HEC Regular Events:
We have weekly, monthly and annual events for both members and non-members. Please enquire if wish to
participate.
ZUMBA: Tuesdays 18: 00 – 19: 00 and Thursdays evenings 19: 00 – 20: 00. Run by Jo Skinner.
POKER: Wednesdays from 19: 30. Run by Phil.
BINGO: Wednesdays from 19: 30. Run by Julie Scully.
U3A: Second Tuesday of every month from 14: 00. Run by John Clements.

Given the statement by the UK Government on the 20th March 2020 Hedge End Club is now closed until further notice.
The committee and managers will be continuing to monitor the situation going forward and provide updates when further information is available.
... We will update our website and Facebook pages when possible and, being aware that not all members have access to these platforms, ask that members share updates with others.
Again, we thank you for your support during these unprecedented times.

HEDGE END SOCIAL CLUB UPDATE
From Friday 20th March the club will be closing 9pm (last orders 8.30pm) everyday until Sunday 26th April.
It will also be members only (& spouses) until that date. You will be required to show your membership card & sign in behind the bar before being served. Failure to do so will result in you being asked to leave the premises.
... Unfortunately due to the circumstances, no u18s will be allowed on the premises during this time.
Until further instruction, we will do our best to keep the club open for our members. We thank you for your support during these troubling times. We will be reviewing this on on a regular basis. Updates to follow...
