We are a little independent family run wholefood store in Weymouth. We have been situated here in St Mary Street since 1986! !
We are an aladdins cave of all your culinary needs!

Helen's is a family run business, Helen is stil very much present in the shop most days of the week, as is her daughter, Katherine.

We sell a large range of speciality products including gluten free and vegetarian products, catering for lots of dietary needs.

We have fresh bread delivered daily, from Ceres Bakery, along with a delicious range of cakes, slices and flapjacks!

Whilst we are not a “plastic free” shop we have always strived to recycle and reuse as much as possible... and we would like to encourage all are customers to do the same we are more than happy to re-fill bags,jars,Tupperware and any other containers you wish to bring in and we also have paper bags available for those times you forget 💚♻️🌍
