Welcome to Helen's Horticulture, my new plants page. As many of you know, I've been selling plants at the gate for about 20 years, previously at 1 Witchampton Road and for the last 14 years at 12 Grange Road in Broadstone
As the plants become ready at different times, I thought that it would be a good idea to preview them on this page a few days before putting them at the gate. If you'd like to buy any, just send me a message and I'll reserve them for you.
The Irises start things off in March and then there's a bit of a lull until the perennials become ready at the beginning of April. I usually stop selling around about mid June.
The barrows are usually at the gate from 9. 30am until approx 5. 30pm 7 days a week and have coin bags and carrier bags so that customers can help themselves and then pop the money through the letterbox in a coin bag.
I'm always in need of plastic flower pots so any spares are always gratefully received
