We had an emergency recently and these guys came out quickly to not only secure but replace and make good the broken lock. There was a slight issue with the paperwork which they corrected really quickly after the fact and left us a lovely complimentary bottle of wine as a make up. Outstanding! I have only ever used them for vehicle work before which was always to a high standard, this was the first time for a domestic call out by me and I am really satisfied.

Total Gentlemen! I received outstanding service. They said they'd be at mine at 8am so I'd have the car for the school run. Their thoughtfulness, not me asking them, so i was really impressed. They were finished 15-20 minutes max so really speedy workers. They also offered me advice on the lock on my front door (as I'd lost all my keys).

And for a great price, cheaper than anyone else I had called.

Will definitely keep their card and recommend them.

Tom was on time and the lock change was done in a few minutes. He then kindly spent some time advising me as I had asked, on locks for my patio doors and back wooden door. He also looked at my window locks and gave me ideas how to update them. I never felt pressured to buy from him. He really gave great advice and said he will send me a quote by email, again no pressure. Knowledgeable, polite, friendly and professional, wouldn't it be great if all businesses ran like this.

Outstanding service, please go to them. Car key broken as in the zapper bit. Went to dealer was going to charge me £800 as they couldn't get the code, so I would need new locks, key etc. Herne bays locks got code sorted and it cost me £150 for it all.....can't thank them enough, saved me a fortune.
