We sell extras that enhance travel; airport parking, lounges, hotels, car hire, fast track, resort transfers, travel insurance and more.

Our Partnerships team are here to help you discover, inspire and secure your customers. We have a dedicated on-the-road team and an office-based support team and do our best to help wherever we can.

Just spoke to the lovely Darren at holiday extras who booked 3 cars in for parking at the airport. Even though each car had to be booked separately the only thing I have to do multiple times was enter my card number which was lovely! Darren was very helpful and efficient with the booking and gave me all the references at the end of the call. I will definitely book with holiday extras via telephone again!

I have just returned from holiday & used the Meet & Greet at Manchester. It's so easy especially having a child with me, stress free & simple. Loved it def be using again in the future

οΏ½οΏ½People beware, there is more than one long stay car park at Edinburgh airport. We booked with PremiAir but accidently parked in the OFFICIAL Em long stay carpark and had to pay Β£120 at 1am to get out. We tried to explain our genuine error but all these greedy companys couldnt care less. All in cost us Β£176 to park our car for a week and they have refused to refund our payment. PremiAir blaming Holiday Extras and Holiday Extras blaming PremiAir. Do not use them as when i phoned they agreed the carpark we parked in was the OFFICIAL long stay carpark but still tuff as its our mistake οΏ½οΏ½ please share

I made genioun mistake and booked the wrong airport. So we made a second booking to the right airport, as our booking was for 4 am, and their customer service line is unfortunately not covering customers 24 hours a day although the bookings are. When I spoke to their customer service agent the response was that they appreciate it was a human error but they couldn't refund the wrong booking because the car park is strict. Holiday Extras you are the agent selling the service, and you have not taken ownership, and tried to use human approach to resolve a human error, instead you pass the buck, ignore your customer, and show no empathy whatsoever. I would recommend you avoid Holiday Extras, they may not be beaten on price, but for service you don't even get what you pay for.

Booked a hotel and parking in Manchester airport through this company. Was my wedding night.

At hotel was told my car would be driven 5 miles away to a car park that they couldn't give me any details on.

Should have read the reviews of Holiday Extras before I booked !

Luckily I parked at airport in the end judging by the conditions other reviewers cars have come back in !

Booked hotel and parking at Manchester airport for November. On the booking form it asks for time and date you want car parking for so I put the time we will be arriving at the hotel. Never once during the booking does it state that car parking is at the hotel on the night of arrival and then you move your car in the morning to the car park. So when my confirmation email arrived I was surprised to see car parking was from 8pm on the Monday as we need to be at the airport at 7am. When I contact agent to change the time told it is not possible and I would have to pay over stay charges. Very unclear on the booking form and most unhelpful. Will not use again and I travel at least 3 times a year.

Booked a hotel and bustransport to and from Heathrow airport last month. Bus turned out to go to the wrong terminal. Thankfully we missed the bus on the way to the airport. But we spend an hour in the bus back pointlessly driving around as it turned out. Paid a lot to book the deal and had to pay a lot extra to get a taxi to the hotel back in the end. Feedback is not accepted, no refunds given. Never again!

Booked Maple Manor meet and greet booked through HE and they return my car damaged and impossible to drive more than 40 miles ph. Called customer service straight from car park and they refuse to assist, send a mechanic or give any kind of assistance (they just gave my car back), called HE and no help given again. Had to get my car fixed and was asked a letter by HE to detail the damage and now they are refusing to pay.

No replies to emails, and terrible customer service both from Maple Manor and Holiday Extras. They broke my car, and we were stranded at 11pm in the airport and no assistance οΏ½οΏ½οΏ½οΏ½οΏ½οΏ½

Avoid this company at all, costs absolutely no compassion. If anything goes wrong they will offer absolutely zero assistance.
