Back to reality today so why not come along to an Insanity Live class tonight at Weymouth College Gym. This amazing workout is suitable for absolutely everyone, I know the word 'Insanity' might scare you but don't let it put you off. This workout is different from the DVD's as it's an all over body workout burning about 1,500 calories and is done at your own level.I'm here to just push you that little bit more.So why not try this incredible workout and see for yourselves tonight 6-7pm only £5 a class.
