Hi there, my name is Martin Shutler and I am the owner of HomeXperts Ringwood Forest - An Estate Agent with a difference - Modern and Forward Thinking - with an exceptional track record of helping people maximise the value of their property and move to the home of their dreams.
We put our Clients at the forefront of everything we do to ensure that they receive first class customer service and value for money so that they have no hesitation in referring us to their family and friends and come back to us time and time again whenever they need our property services – to achieve 100% customer referenceabilty – that is our company goal.
HomeXperts are different from the traditional high street Estate Agent, to begin with every member of our team is professionally trained and an accredited member of the regulatory Estate Agency bodies that exist in the UK, so our clients have immediate confidence that they really are dealing with local property professionals who are experts in what they do.
We don’t tie our clients in to restrictive sole agency contracts for week upon week - that just doesn’t seem fair - we believe that by treating our clients as we’d like to be treated ourselves – with honesty and integrity – pricing their home accurately from the outset and providing prompt and regular communication from start to finish of their property transaction that they will be delighted with the service we provide.
HomeXperts staff work from home offices throughout the UK and we therefore do not have the high expense and office overheads experienced by the traditional high street estate agent. We are able to pass this expense saving onto our clients by offering greater value for money relating to fees they incur – We recognise that our clients lead busy lives and so make sure we are available at times to suit them, our staff are contactable via their mobile phones outside the traditional 9-5 estate agency hours – so getting in touch is never a problem.
We work hard to impress our clients and to make their property transactions as easy and hassle free as we possibly can, in fact, our service is of such a high standard that 80% of our business comes through referrals – so if you know anyone who is moving home – get them to give us a call.
