This is our client Binda concurring the kettlebell Warrior which is a fantastic full body exercise to improve coordination and body awareness. Binda has made fantastic progress with his training routine losing weight, body fat and inches weekly and increasing his muscle mass. But where Binda has made the best notable progress is his mobility and strength, being able to complete movements like the warrior demonstrates his progress (a movement he definitely could not of done when he started his health & wellness journey) Binda follows our online nutrition and home mobility plans and now attends 2 personal training sessions a week as well as our weekly kettlebell and HIIT classes.

I’ve been working on these challenging reverse hanging leg lifts for a couple of weeks now. They are one sure way of strengthening your lower back through a full range of motion.
