We've had our group meet here this weekend and have had a brilliant time. Lovely to be able to have a camp fire. We all parked in a circle. The walks down to the sea are lovely and too see the ponies just made my day. Plenty of loos and hot showers. Very clean. Will definitely be back. Thanks. Gill's group.

We camped with a large group for my son’s 5th birthday. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the weekend. All the staff were very helpful, the location and surrounding walks were lovely and the facilities very clean. We will definitely return!

User

Such a lovely place and Wing and the team are so friendly. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Miss this place at your peril.

User

Lovely find, very busy bank holiday weekend but still room for kids to safely run and family encampments. By Monday afternoon all was peaceful, just the sound of the birds. Very friendly staff, owner Denise in particular who went out of her way to help me. Will definitely be back soon!

User

Lovely family run independent campsite catering for basic tenters to camper vans and caravans. Freindly helpful staff. Great facilities. In a beautiful coastal part of Hampshire nestled between the Pennington marshes and the New Forest. Something for everyone. Country and coastal walks to local pubs. Wonderful views to the Isle of Wight. Lovely to watch the sun go down and the stars come out whilst toasting marshmallows on the campfire.

User

Just got back from our first time here. Was a bit dubious about it being cramped and noisy due to it being half term. But it was lovely and relaxing. Lots of space between tents and campers. A really well run sight with good facilities and a lovely laid back attitude. And you can have a fire!! A nice welcome when you book in and lovely helpful staff. I hope they don't change as they have the balance just right.

User

Just been for the second time this month!! Very lucky with the weather! Fabulous time!! Staff are so friendly and helpful!! Toilets clean good facilities, shop, showers and great for crabbing, booked for next year already

I've been here about 8 times now & love being here. Denise & her crew are fab & always welcoming. Unfortunately I had a fall this time but Denise came & rescued me (including all the children in the play park), a medic who happened to be visiting & Sam. They picked me up, drove me to my van & then strapped me up. They couldn't do enough to help me. I'd highly recommend Hurst View to any campers, great facilities & amazing walks & views. Thanks to you all! xxx

User

Have had a great few days. Love this place, it's so relaxed and friendly and just on our doorstep really. The facilities are brilliant for such a huge sized site and we hardly saw the children for the play area. A great trip to end the summer holidays.

User

Fantastic campsite, facilities and staff. Good clean showers and toilet facilities, take away, shop and open fires = Happy Campers. I was recommended it by many people and will be returning for Dubfest and more. ⛺️ 🔥 🌌

User

Another flawless stay at this site. Safe with friendly staff. The toilets and showers are spotless with hot water at all hours. Handy little shop/takeaway. Great to allow a campfire. We’ll be back again and again.

User

Absolutely love this campsite, friendly staff and clean facilities. Love the fact you can camp where you like, great price with a great location. Dog friendly and children can have fun. No problems with other campers, all round friendly site bonfire and fireworks were great as always

User

A great campsite, very accommodating. Kid friendly, dog friendly. Nice and relaxed. No hassle. Very helpful. Love this place. A great base to explore the coast and new forest. Respect is between the campers and most campers are respectful, can't vouch for idiots though.

User

We camped here last year on the field and had a fantastic time.Unfortunately due to the field flooding we had to go on the hard standing which was too cramped for our liking. However as we were only there for a couple of days it was fine.Great facilities..showers constand and hot !Great walking area within the Keyhaven Nature reserve and a plod to Hurst castle...lots of walking involved ..we took the return ferry back ..lol.

User

Very busy but liked the fact we could choose where and how we wanted to camp up. No one hassled us to leave in the morning. Nice friendly staff but shop did run out of cheese and a few other items plus there were no papers available on the Sunday. Takeaway reasonably priced. Great spot for Keyhaven and walks through nature reserve with dogs.

User

This place was great for a novice camper like myself: hot showers, well stocked shop, and tea / cooked breakfast available from 7am. It was an easy drive down, cost for a night's stay very reasonable, and shell beach within walking distance, fish and chips an easy drive. Would definitely recommend.

User

The best thing about this site is the location - you can cycle straight from the site along the sea wall and in to Lymington or to Hurst Castle the other way. Relaxed site means you can have open fires wherever you like. A bit big and bustling with a slightly disorganised feel (pitch where you like, just avoid random burnt patches from earlier bonfires!) ,but facilities adequate. Friendly.

User

Just got back after 2 nights their over new year. Great place. Very nice staff. Facilities always clean..loads of walks for dogs. Just a shame about the Wheather. Will be going back their through the year. Many thanks...

User

Great campsite, and good amenities. Plenty of space - 5 big fields - and I also like the fact that they're happy for you to have camp fires, and sell all the logs, skewers and marshmallows, to have the full campfire experience.
