After a shopping mix up on delivery he made it his goal to ensure customer satisfaction.
What a breath of fresh air to think a company so big would care so much about a single customer!
I also missed an item off the order and as a gesture of good will this wonderful man put the item in the order for us!

My advice would be check your till receipt before leaving the store, I was overcharged and queried the item. Apologies were made and only a refund of the difference was made. If you leave the store without paying for something I doubt they would be so understanding
