Ok so I’ve had a complete disaster with buying a wardrobe from Ikea... but that is on their main page. I want to thank Jack.S individually from Ikea Bristol For sorting it all, rectifying the mistakes and keeping an eye on it. I was even contacted when the out of stock bits were available and we were able to pick it up that same day. Brilliant customer service! I’d also mention Carl and Hassan who were also very helpful, polite and just a joy to deal with. Thank you fellas!!! A credit to Ikea Bristol.

It has a secret party system several times a year you can come and experience a Swedish buffet meal. I have pigged out again at one of these for midsummer. The next is crayfish party in the autum. Don’t miss it if you like crayfish, or meatballs, herring, caviar or ..... I would insert a picture of an enormous cake here if I could. You get the drift. And it’s eat as much as you want too🐷

Always loved Ikea....great range of products, great value for money & always a good stopping point before heading back home....Bristol is the best store!

Ikea seriously need to stop putting them ikea stickers on their products, I cannot describe in polite english how utterly annoying they are to get them off. If they really must put them on there at least make then easy to peel off!

Bought a wardrobe, in-store staff very friendly and helpful, asked for delivery and it arrived on time and the web page showing the position of the van excellent. BUT the driver and other must have had a bad day as they were not the most friendly and kept calling me "pall" I am not their pal, I have a name, they were not to happy taking it upstairs, but did do it, after they left I saw that they had damaged the newly decorated wall, not a BIG problem but it would have been nice for them to admit it.

The man who came to fit it was excellent, I can't praise him enough

Ikea asked for feedback, I did this, but no reply yet, I bet they don'!

Very poor telephone response , sick to death of listening to ABBA .

Bought a frying pan last year and was faulty, back to store only want exchange it, but get refused as we couldn’t find receipt,Although it has 5 years warranty! And has ikea logo on the base of the pan! They only started selling this pan in 2014, so even if we bought the day one it will still with in the warranty! The most insulting thing was staff actually said we could have found pan in the street and bought in to the store! Very bad customer service and attitude!

No responsibility for the product quality !

Absolutely disgusting customer service. Wrong design installed and now no one will talk to us in person or on the phone to resolve this. I am so upset and they are taking no responsibility for their mistakes.
