Brilliant store and staff really helpful, but my real hate, you're still selling plastic straws � why?

Always like a visit to Ikea. Not sure i like paying for parking now ! lovely food, helpful staff . Best shop for families to shop together.

Hmmmm meatballs ..

So I’ve just been on hold for 15 minutes to customer service apparently no direct line to Southampton. I need three containers put by the check outs as I’m on my way home to the Isle of Wight but have my dog with me. Apparently they can’t do this, and I can’t take my dog in to get them. Wouldn’t help me at all. Happy to lose a sale too. Really annoyed.

Picked up a kallax unit, brought it home and found 2 big holes in the back of the unit. After calling the help line we were told to drive the 65 miles there and 65 miles back to pick up the replacement part. Find this unacceptable customer service, never in my 20 years ikea shopping experience have I had such bad service..... not a happy loyal (but not for much longer) customer

Been on line to make an order. was locked out for incomplete payment. They say my basket is locked, can't delete it or change it. The lock out was supposed to be for 45 minutes. Four hours later, still locked out. Get grip Ikea, this is not good enough. Tried phoning but twelve and twenty minutes later still no contact. I give up. Will shop elsewhere.
