This is a great place, I would highly recommend it. The staff are extremely friendly and professional. I'm coming towards the end of my course of treatment for laser. I have seen effective results. The treatment has always been very professional, affordable -compared to other beauty clinic in London. Highly recommended.

Imperial Beauty Gulshan.

Had my first waxing experience today with this lovely lady. I was sooo nervous before I came. But Gulshan made me feel so at ease. Made the whole experience excellent.

I have booked up again for 7 weeks time and will now make this a permanent appointment for me.

I think this was the best wax I’ve ever experienced, she was so quick yet so efficient! Made me feel relaxed and made me laugh a lot! She is very good at what she does and i will defiantly be going back and trying different treatments!

I have been going to Alina since December 2015 for IPL treatments. Alina is great, really professional and friendly. I have seen a massive difference since having the IPL done, and recommend this treatment.

Had the worst experience at this place I turned up thinking it was a dentist and it's a office block where the company have just hired out a little room , I get to the room there was no Heath and safety the man who claimed to be the dentist had his Nike trainers in the corner and his tracksuit that he had just took off and put other clothes on , he said to me in his proof of being a dentist was behind me as I did not believe he was a dentist then I said well that does not look like you he said it was his dad. There was no sink in the room to wash hands and no gloves . Felt like it was a set up please no one waste your money hear I felt so scared especially the car park they look me to also the 'dentist' was telling me what he was going to do to my teeth and then the receptionist said oh no you have said that wrong you mix it like this and the dentist said let's just try this. Well I am not a tester and it was not a safe environment to do teeth whitening and did not believe the man was a dentist . No one waste there money !!!!

Didn't even get to the treatment part. The 'dentist' admitted to us his dad was the person on the licensing letter on the wall. Was lied to about my friend not being allowed upstairs with me, we was told the room was very very small. When they eventually kicked off and came up, the room was massive with a seating area for waiting clients. The equipment that was used looked like he had brought it off ebay. The 'dentist' was telling us all about the treatment.. then the receptionist interrupted telling him in front of us that he stated the wrong amount of solution. He then turned round and said to the receptionist what about if we try half and half. No one knew what they was doing. He had his own clothes screwed up in the corner. Looked like he just got off the train and they hired the room out for the afternoon. No advertising, nothing. Would not recommend to anyone. It goes to show you that sometimes it's worth paying the money.

Arrived 20 mins early as appropriate for any appointment, left in foyer of what felt like an empty abandoned business building awaiting a call back from clinic (as advised by paper sign on main entrance door of building) I was called and treated like I was out of line arriving early (I didn't expect them to start early) & was advised client before me had only just been started so the would be running 10 mins behind. Considering it was now 15 mins before my 1hr app I pointed out that they are actually almost an hour behind. The woman simply said the current client had called her to say they were running late and nothing she could do (pity the clinic did not call me in turn as I had travelled dome distance for the app) she asked it if I could go away somewhere and come back later! (So I assume no waiting area) I said I would happily go away but would not be coming back especially after being treated like I had done something wrong for arriving just before my booked appointment. She the rattled on endlessly until I simply had to speak over her and say good by - very very unprofessional, I'm so glad I didn't have treatment as cannot imagine what could have gone wrong.
