To celebrate world Reflexology Week this year (24th to 30th September) I will be introducing my first workshop on de-stressing (this year's theme) which is aimed at friends, families, couples etc who would like to work with each other using Reflexology as a tool to de-stress. The workshop is two hours long and will include a brief history of Reflexology and some techniques to practice and take away with you!. I will be teaching a day time one and an evening one. Waiting at the airport for my flight to Dublin where I will be studying again with Martine Faure- Alderson and her fantastic associates. This time I will be learning all about the Hormonal Protocol using Cranio-sacral Reflexology, it will be wonderful to share this brilliant protocol when I get back.

I am treating a lot of young people at the moment who are experiencing anxiety about exams; it's very balancing, very encouraging and as always amazing results with Cranio-sacral Reflexology.

I finished my Precision Reflexology course last week with Jan Williamson, wonderful course with the amazing Jan. I'm a fully fledged Precision Reflexologist now, I would recommend it to everyone if you haven't tried it before.

I am really looking forward to trying out some new techniques having completed the first part of the Precision Reflexology course with the amazing Jan Williamson.

I participated in a really positive Well Being evening recently where one lady said "I had broken the spell" as she had never allowed anyone to touch her feet before, I hope she enjoyed the benefit of her reflexology session and will have it doen regularly from now on.

Just treated a client who always has a treatment when she visits from the North- East and today she said that "he despaired of every finding a Reflexologist in the North who could match me" high praise indeed. It is wonderful when you hear snippets such as this!

Getting some great feedback about the new Total Therapy treatments at Innerenergies. One client " I feel I have been cleansed and energised" another " this is better than a traditional de-tox" Come and try it for yourself!

I treated an 11 year old with a combination of Indian Head Massage and seated acupressure massage last week. His Mum whom I also treat reported today that he "was a different boy" following the session, calmer and more focussed. He thought it was brilliant and posted to all his friends that he had had the most brilliant massage ever!! High praise indeed.

I have just had an amazing NST treatment from my friend and fellow therapist Beata Krol, a fantastic therapist whom I recommend totally. Look her up now!!

My oldest client yet 97 years old, thoroughly enjoyed her first Reflexology treatment and wishes " I had known about this sooner" always glad to be of service!.
