Round about 5 years ago I had an idea to open my own barbershop. I didn't have a name or premises, but with help and support from family, friends and acquaintances, Iron Heads became a reality. As a little thankyou to all my loyal clients who've stuck with me along the way, I'm havin a little do in the shop this Saturday 21st at 6pm. There'll be the usual beer & nibbles and live music from local blues legend, Tom Dale. His style is perfect for the vibe we're lookin for at Iro...n Heads. And it's an honour to have him playin in the shop again. 😊 Oh, and it's my birthday! 😀 Hope some of you can drop by and say hello!

The whole vibe at Iron Heads is infectious which keeps you coming back. Apart from the obvious that Billy Bowen founder creator and owner of Iron Heads does a mean hair cut which is completely down to his meticulous attention to detail. This attention to detail extends into the walls that frame the man cave that is decorated tastefully with old skool pictures of icons from the 50's and 60's. As well as a few digital and analogue relics to keep you amused whilst your mate is having his hair crafted that only requires a touch of the 'he's gonna get it when he gets home' tonic!

Perfection/ist....only way to describe Bill Bowen! My 3 Sons will not go anywhere else. Their 'cuts' are exactly how they want it....and they have NEVER had to get the scissors (or razor!) out once they get home!!! Would I PERSONALLY recommend Bill?? Without a shadow of a doubt! (I'd also PERSONALLY recommend he cuts women's hair too....but he's having none of it!!!� )

Known Bill for 35 years plus and needed a trim so gave him a shout.

Cracking haircut,love the shop and easy to sort what cut you want.
