Isshinkai Description
Isshinkai Aikido teaches us to protect ourselves and others by trained instinct with Dynamic Relaxation. In other words, to move quickly and effectively, becoming neither victim nor helpless bystander. This is NOT a path of aggression, but rather a way of neutralising conflict and learning to relax and make use of flow and fluidity even under extreme pressure or in an emergency. This is a practice for improving and enhancing daily life, eliminating unnecessary fear and building confidence.
It is an opportunity to discover and realise your greater potential.
