You can book all 5 sessions or you can book onto whichever ones you think most helpful, it comes with cheat sheets to help you keep tabs on it all and from there I would love to build a local network that we can grow, of women who support and help each other. its ¬£30 for all 5 sess and ¬£7.50 per individual sess. Ea sess is planned to about 2 hours вАУ allowing for Q&A, it also includes a body MOT to look at what exercise is appropriate вАУ if you want it.

IssyBodies Courses and classes for the New Year (and the new you.....рЯТ™рЯШН)
IssyBodies running course - 6 weeks to get you off the couch and in your trainers! I am opening 2 courses, Thursday 2pm and Saturday 7.30am for 5-6 people. You don't need to have run before - in fact that's kinda the point ... I provide all the info & support. Grab your spot before they go!
... Issy'sKids Fitness - this is aimed at 9 - 15yr olds, we look at the areas many kid's sports miss, specifically; targeted strength training (inc core), improved cardio and flexibility. I have some space so if your tween/teen is looking to improve their performance on the pitch, or simply prevent injury this could be for them - Monday 4.30pm, we run by the half term and they are welcome to try one first!
Issy'sBlokes Getting Fit for 2020 - twice a week we get together and swing kettlebells, lift some serious kgs and put the world to rights! Training in a small group adds a level of competition that helps keep you fresh and provides that element of challenge often missing from a gym workout. The support is massive - in like a team, out like a team... Why not join us and help sort that DadBod! Choose Tues 7.30pm and/or Fri 6.45pm

Meditating isn't about sitting cross-legged in a cave tucked deep in the heart of the jungle or a tranquil beach somewhere! рЯЩПрЯПї Meditating could be following a 10-min Youtube clip, it could be just sitting quiet and relaxing your mind or even going for a short walk where you can process whatever is going on upstairs between the ears. рЯЩПрЯПї Personally, I like the walk option! рЯЩПрЯПї anyhow... if you do feel stressed, overwhelmed, anxious or generally a little low for almost no reason, maybe meditating is worth a go! рЯЩПрЯПї LetвАЩs recap by saying that meditation doesnвАЩt mean you are a hippie, a Buddhist monk or a spiritual enlightened being. рЯЩПрЯПї Meditation has tremendous benefits that can seriously improve anyoneвАЩs life.
