Would recommend anyone to go here for haircut as such great value for money. Aswell as very friendly staff. Plus of course the sport on TV and PlayStation to entertain whilst waiting!

Would highly recommend Jacks to anyone looking for a top quality barbers. This is my 4th visit now and every time it's been faultless. The shop is decorated to a high standard with a very modern feel.

I always greeted well by the staff and the store manager makes the effort to come over and welcome me to the shop.

Each visit i'm offered a complimentary beverage while I'm sat in the chair, too early in the day for a beer but the option was there :)



I followed Sam to this shop as he's a top lad & very decent barber. He's my usual barber of choice but today Berk was on hand to cut and did a great job. My zero fade looks sharp and all set for my holiday to Mexico.



Thanks again boys, see ya in a few weeks.

Was offered a free drink whilst waiting, given a free wash, had a chair massage (that was needed) Sam cut my hair to the best cut I've ever had anywhere, given free products to look after and style my hair during open weekend, all staff extremely friendly. Very very pleased, will definitely be returning

Popped in this morning, seen too within a few minutes, great bit of banter with he lad who cut me Barnet, done a Cracking job too. I'll be back again for sure.

Just visited here and had a hair cut and face mask by Sammi/ Sammy (sorry I’m terrible with spelling) �but I was given a fantastic service and advice. Will definitely use them again!

If your looking for that high quality haircut with off the chain customer service than come threw! I was cut by Mike and he was a very chilled dude who listened to all my requests including the fine details that I wanted implemented into my beard design. Awesome �

Great fade and a great price also quite quick so amazing service would defo recommend them!

Good location, modern shop, nice vibe, customer attention, skilled barbers, free drink - what more can you ask for when you are looking for a quality haircut.

Came in for the first time today with my 3 year old Callum. The gentleman that cut his hair was so friendly and made my son so comfortable and the quality of the cut was faultless. Thank you Jacks!

Brilliant staff very professional and don’t rush the hair cut very chilled atmosphere deffo going to make this my place to go.!

I have been for the second time, and both of the hair dresser were very skilled and professional!

Never happened in any other places in Southampton before, always swapping workers and always changing the quality of the service!

Trust me I am very fussy about my hair! Lol

Best hair cut ive had in many years, treated like royalty from the moment i walked in ! Ive been twice now for a scissor cut from two different barbers and they were totally consistant, i wont go anywhere else now and would recommend to everyone 😊

Amazing ! Whilst being in hospital for three weeks and well over 50 miles from my local barber on the Isle of Wight and is the only person that touches my hair, I was let out for the day and in desperate need of a well overdue hair cut and beard trim I let the guy in jacks sort me out and he certainly knew what I wanted and delivered like a champ sorry I didn't catch your name but thanks so much you've made me feel 20 times better!!

10/10....fantastic service!!! Staff were extremely friendly and polite. Actually came across that they cared about the customers needs will be regular now to keep it neat and tidy.x

Decent shop and a decent trim. But £28 for a haircut and beard shape is ridiculous, two weeks ago it cost £19 and this time £28, both on Thursdays. Won't be returning unfortunately as basically can't afford to eat this week �

Visited 7/4/18, first impressions from the outside of the shop, looks good professional/old school classic barber look, kinda draws you in.



However, upon walking in and being the only customer, 2 of the available staff didn’t greet me, instead one of them (a short haired woman) just stood up and pointed me to the chair, I was wearing a jacket which I took off and asked the woman where I can hang it and again she just pointed to put it on the chair next to me.



During and after the haircut the only words she said is “what are we doing today” and “is that ok”



Charged £23, not even offered a drink! The overall experience was no different than my local barber except for the fact I was charged £10 more.



To add to this, once I got home I also discovered that my hair is slightly longer on one side and I still have quite a few strands of my longer hair in amongst my grade 2 hair at the back, this was noticeable enough that it was picked up by other people!!!



In Future I’ll stick to Jack rabbits in Winchester.
