James Doolan - Trainer/Coach Description

I am a Personal Trainer and Fitness Coach at Winners 2000 Fitness Ltd, Newton Abbot. I not only specialise in weight loss through good nutritional habits and strategies, but help you develop better relationships with food. Also educate you how resistance training can positively impact your confidence, energy, mood and overall health for body change.

I value each and everyone of my clients, and highly appreciate all the feedback. Word of mouth recommendations and referrals often reinforces to me I am providing the best service possible to improve each an everyone of my clients goals and getting them results.

My Nutritional Coaching Service;

I work on habit-based coaching (more effective long term than diet based coaching). I listen to your needs; What you want to accomplish. How you live. What’s really important to you. Then help you create the right dietary approach for you; one that’s specific to your goals and your lifestyle. You will improve your body composition without neglecting your health and hormonal profile, whilst improving your performance. The whole package.

I help clients find the best diet for them. One that takes into account their physical and biochemical differences. And one that takes into account their lifestyle differences, including:
family,
life demands,
stress level,
work situation,
income level,
climate,
environmental pollutants,
food availability,
cooking experience and knowledge,
time availability for fitness,
physical activity.

Big Friday ended on a high with a 110kg Clean & Jerk. Feeling better than the one hit on Wednesday. Totalling with 195kg. I know I hit 100kg quite a lot, and this varies in quality, but my form and posture is really starting to progress a lot better, getting my upper back tighter, stronger, and more stable helping with the Clean more so than ever before 😁. Slow learner but progressing β˜ΊοΈπŸ‹πŸΌβ€β™‚οΈ.
