Who are JCT ?

We are the answer to all of your print requirements from initial conceptual artwork, through to the finished item, whether that is the production and installation of vehicle graphics, outdoor banners, stickers and decals, canvas prints, backlit prints, window graphics and pop up banner refreshment.

We can print on a variety of substrates including vinyl, self cling, wallpaper, paper, muraspec, canvas and PVC banagrade material. We can also print full colour white and metallics.

Our newly installed machinery consists of

• Mimaki JV33-160 Solvent Printer which has Print resolutions of 540, 720 & 1440dpi, 4, 6 or 7 colour variable dot with a maximum print width of 1610mm (63. 3”).

• Mimaki CG-160FX II Cutter with a 90-1880mm max roll /sheet width and maximum cutting width 1600mm. This amazing piece of kit is capable of kiss and die cutting.

• Easymount 1600 Single Heated Laminator /Mounting Machine which has single heated rollers for mounting and laminating. The hot roller laminator system will help to eliminate any silvering when laminating and with its 1600mm capacity in width it enables us to laminate or mount onto large sheets of Foamex, Perspex or plastics up to 15mm in thickness.

All team members are experienced within a team leading role but are also able to take instructions from others and do so with respect integrating common sense.
They all hold CSCS and are familiar with all types of working areas i. e. building sites to open stores with customers shopping around them. Licences in other areas held include Self propelled boom, scissor lift, mobile tower, harness awareness, fork lift, health and safety, Part P in electrics amongst others.
