The age we live in can feel stressful and deflating due to pressures of work, families, relationships and not to mention the politics! ! !
My aim is to get you reconnected with your body and soul allowing your spirit to become full, resulting in happiness.
Massage will alleviate tension, relieve pain, promote lymphatic drainage, destress, promote healing in the body and create a relaxing experience for you. Massage can be tailored to specific areas of the body or all, depending on your needs.
Introducing Sports Massage Level 4. Completion in April. I use Sports massage within Swedish using techniques such as; deep tissue, soft tissue release, muscle energy (MET), myofascial release and stretching of the muscle to aid healing and prevent injury.
Treatments lasts between 45mins - 1: 30hrs.
Reiki, a Japanese technique used to facilitate the body to heal. This treatment will rebalance Chakras, realign the body, aid healing and free the mind of stress. This is a non-invasive treatment of placing the hands on specific areas of the body, enabling positive energy transference.
Treatment lasts approx 1hr.
Nutrition treats the body from the inside. It is the most important factor in life and determines your health status. A consultation & food diaries completed will present a picture of your intake and what areas need to be improved. No matter what advice is needed, whether its from weight loss to health problems, there can be solutions. Advice can also be given on physical activity to fit in with your lifestyle.
Ear Candling allows wax to be unblocked through heat, suction & massage. As the ear, nose and throat are connected ear candling relieves congestion, pressure & aids rebalancing. Great for Tinnitus, migraines, vertigo, sinusitis, glue ear, colds & flu.
Treatment lasts approx 30mins.

Recently many women & especially men have been complaining about their flexibility, therefore I’m going to run a Stretch class for everyone interested. Held at Testwood Rec(with the paddling pool,nr the co-op)
