Josephine Arnold - I trained as a professional dancer, studying all forms of dance at Arts Educational Schools London.
Studying ISTD Advanced Ballet under Ann Heaton from the London Festival Ballet; Modern, Contemporary & Tap; and Jazz under Arlene Phillips (creator of Hot Gossip and a SCD Judge). Performing as a soloist dancer at the Moulin Rouge in Paris for a number of years and then touring throughout Europe with her my own dance group.
My deep understanding of all forms of dance enhances my knowledge of the body and its movement.
I qualified as Level 3 Mat Pilates Instructor and since gaining my CYQ qualification, including Anatomy and Physiology, I have completed further courses in the use of Pilate's small equipment, resistance bands, balls, circles and Swiss Balls.
I now have classes set up from the New Forest area through to Eastleigh and Boltey.
