Jumping for 10 mins is the equivalent of running for 30mins. Its cardio based but with the down motion into the trampoline it brings in resistence training which keeps burning calories throughtout the day. Improves circulation, firms and tones muscles, but most of all it makes you Smile, Laugh and is Great Fun.
