Mental Health Awareness Week takes place 13-19 May 2019. The theme this year is Body Image - How we think and feel about our bodies.

This weeks theme is about the masks we wear. Yes all of us! We hear more often than we ever used to, about people ending their own lives. The masks we wear prevent us from reaching out at the times when we need to most. The mask becomes the reality we strive for and our true reality, more shameful.
By raising your own awareness of what you’re masking, means it’s a step in the right direction. And maybe we can start recognising other’s masks and reach out to them too. #kelticletslosethemasks
