I love my workouts with Keri. She really encourages you to push yourself and you can definitely feel you’ve had a good workout the next day!

I love Keri’s classes, she works us really hard but somehow makes it enjoyable! She is keen to adjust the exercises to suit each person’s ability too which shows she really wants you to have a good workout.

I love Keri’s class. It’s different every week, she pushes you (in a good way), she has a nice way about her and the class is friendly and non intimidating but you get a proper work out and man did I feel it the day after lol! Really recommend
