Just so you know .... we know what it's like !! We are here to support you. Kernow Hydro isn't just a place to come swimming or do a class, we are a family of coaches, therapists, support staff & we are all parents, children and carers in so many aspects of our lives. We get it and are here for you to feel at home and welcome ALL THE TIME. Not just for the 30 min class you attend !!! So if you want a Parent and Baby Class, Swim Squad, Hydro or Exercise session that goes above and beyond then here is the place to be. We are open 7 days a week and look forward to welcoming you. Families that are already part of our community please feel free to share your feedback of how our lounge room, backyard and bathtub ! supports you.

Wonderful news . Fiona has returned from Lithuania with a fixed shoulder. Tendon repaired, AC joint cleared of impingement and sub scap released. She has been in the pool today working on rehab. Full movement expected in 2 weeks and full load 10 weeks ! YAHOOOOOO. Anyone who is struggling with waitlists with the NHS over here talk with Fiona about the stellar service from the private clinic she used.

Pop on down for some great food and help support at the same time . Winner winner and Syrian dinner!
