I appreciate that the coronavirus is impacting us all and my heart goes out to all those affected by this. Many celebrations are being postponed as result of the latest guidance, so I want to reassure any customers that you won’t lose your deposits if you do need to reschedule your wedding cake booking. And for those who still want their birthday cakes I’ll be requesting full payment at least a week before the cake is due which I do hope you unde...rstand.

A beautiful wedding in Australia celebrating the marriage of Sam and James McEvoy-May the sun was shining and the weather was warm at the beautiful Coriole vineyard McLaren Vale. It was an absolute honour to make a wedding cake on the other side of the world. Flavours were lemon drizzle, red velvet and coffee and walnut. Congratulations to you both. 29/2/2020

So I have been a bit quite on here, but I have had good reason to be. I’m currently in Australia making a wedding cake for a very special couple. I set the cake up this afternoon for tomorrow’s wedding at this beautiful venue Coriole Winery McLaren Vale south Australia. The venue doesn’t get any better than this. Just stunning. A Dillenia flower with orange blossom and filler flowers all completely made out of sugar. this was one of my favourite flower sprays. And I really enjoyed teaching this.

Bar Mitzvah cake for Eden who turn’s 12. With a Paris theme in pink white and black. the cake was delivered to Pier Approach it wasn’t the easiest venue walking to the end of the pier with a three tier cake. but the view was amazing.

I had the pleasure of making Nicolas 30th Birthday cake with a night star theme. I made Nicolas wedding cake back in June last year. Chocolate fudge was the flavour. Nov 2019

A gentleman who loves sitting on his boat reading his book and loving that time away from it all. The boat was a bass relief effect out of icing I was given the photo to work from I was really pleased how it all came together. Cake was rich fruit cake. Nov 2019

50th Birthday celebrations for Richard with a edible picture of his sports car. Cake was our Traditional Victoria sponge.

Was absolutely thrilled to be making Joshua’s Birthday cake once again. When I was asked to make his cake the theme being a robot I was given free licence to the design. little did I know that it almost matched his robots that he was having on his bedroom wall. 11/11/2019

A motor bike mad 60 year old. A Ducati was Andrews bike which was all made out of Royal icing.

Wedding venue at Carey’s Manor was the perfect setting for the wedding of Lisa and Alex. The cake was a butter cream tiered cake with flavours of lemon drizzle, traditional Victoria and my famous carrot cake. It was placed on the most amazing cake stand which resembled a tree.
