It's come round quick this month, just two weeks to go until this month's Southampton Property Meet where we're delighted to have a good friend of King Property- Andrew Featherstone.
To say he has extensive experience in development is an understatement. He also mentors on the commercial conversion mastermind 'Take AIM'. If you're reading this, you don't want to miss the meeting!

Here are some shots from our refurb of 85 Tivoli Court in a prime London location.
The new tenant is ready to move in after a one-day in and out refurb involving some re-grouting of tiles, work on the kitchen and extensive repainting.

So happy to finally get the result we always deserved! The fact we had to go to appeal epitomises so much that is wrong with our planning system. These units would be nearing completion now and available to provide much needed homes if it weren’t for the planning delay. But enough of that, there’s still lots of work to do, and right now I’m just pleased we’ve made this important step.

After a little bit of blood and sweat, we're delighted to announce that we have won our appeal on King's House in Shirley!
Exciting times as we convert this into more of our beautiful residential units for first time buyers and downsizers. We're still finalising the exact number of appartments in the scheme.
