Kitania Jade Fitness Description

Hey guys!

So for everyone who know's me well, knows that I am addicted to fitness! I love every element of it, and it is a very big part of my lifestyle!

This passion stemmed after I had my daughter Lily and found an unhealthy obsession for ''losing my baby weight'', I would go to the gym for several hours a day and neglect my friends & family in order to peruse an unrealistic goal. . I was obsessed by a number on a scale.
However, since perusing my fitness journey I found a healthier passion for fitness which makes me happy, I'm stronger and fitter than ever before and train various ways I would love to help others over come any unhealthy mindset and challenge themselves in new ways and start their own fitness journey knowing that a number on a scale does not determine someones all round health.

I am also currently training in Level 2 Fitness Instruction, and Level 3 Personal Training, applying the principles of nutrition, anatomy and physiology, sports conditioning, yoga & indoor cycling.

This page will be used as my blog, my personal fitness journey, nutrition advice, workouts and eventually a business page!

Health and fitness — how you eat and move your body — is about empowerment, not the amount of calorie counting you can do; it is becoming the best version of yourself. Health and fitness should reduce your stress, build you up, and make your life better. (I know personally, I get a bit stressed and start missing that endorphin release when I cant work out for a while!) It should show you the incredible things your body can do, and then leave you wanting to discover what else it is capable of..
Do you know that 30 minutes is only 2.83% of your day! Everyone can find 2% of there day several times a week to put towards bettering yourself? This doesn't have to be high impact it can vary between a walk, run, HIIT, weight training, a fast paced walk to work.. So is 2% of your day worth it for a better you?!
