Kitchen we completed last year.
This is a job we did in June on a existing loft conversion. We extended the dormer to create more room in the bathroom for a shower and build two pitch dormers at the front for even more space in the bathroom and bedroom. #KTWCarpentry
Eco roof The customers were finding there polycarbonated conservatory way to hot, so we removed the corner window and roof, bricked up cavity wall and built a timber flat roof, to keep the sun out and fitted a new upvc window to the front. We plasterboarded and fitted 8no down lightd with a plaster finish.
Recently finished loft conversion in Lee-on-the-Solent. With a L shaped dormer, one bedroom, dressing room and ensuite. We also refurbished the first floor bathroom. This was a really nice loft conversion to do as the customers wanted a full completion with decorating, flooring and tiling. One of the best customers we have the pleasure of working for and we are going back in August to fit a new kitchen.
We removed the wall to open up this lovely loft area. We added down lights, plasterboarded and plastered, painted beams, walls and slopes, fitted vinyl to match existing flooring and a glass handrail.
