im posting this for my mum Pat Cook she has just come home from another stay at Lanyon holiday park as always excellent service immaculate condition and very friendly and always go out of their way to help so thank you and anyone thinking of booking please do they cater for families and touring caravans and tents

What a lovely site and very friendly staff we have a great few days would definitely recommend it and would definitely go back, showers and toilet we cleaned twice a day had a great time

We only live in camborne, It's a lovely family park, well looked after, I would recommend it to anyone we had a lovely weekend and are hoping to go back in early September for the weekend.

We first stayed at Lanyon about 10/12 years ago, and only missed last year due to other plans for our holiday. We love it because it's an excellent site, centrally situated for visiting most of the South Western end of Cornwall. You're not far away from anywhere.

The facilities are great and kept clean by the very friendly staff. There are pitches of all sizes to accommodate. The only down side to our visit this year was that we had a smaller pitch than normal, but that could be down to me not making clear the size of my motorhome and awning, but we managed, and it certainly won't put us off.

Someone put quietish after 10.00pm, and that's certainly true except for the odd group unfortunately!

This is the second time we have stayed at your wonderful site and hopefully next year will be our third and maybe fourth, as we are thinking about coming down to Cornwall twice next year! The staff was so friendly, polite and helpful. They even gave me some laundry detergent so I could set one load of washing going. Our pitch was in the dog walking area and we loved it there, so peaceful and the view was amazing. The only thing I can fault is that you have taken off Eten Mess of the dessert menu, so had to eat sticky toffee pudding instead, which was quite nice. My daughter is already starting to plan out next holiday and she is trying to persuade her grandparents to hire a dog friendly caravan.

Stayed her end of july for almost 2 weeks. Weather was pants had torrential rain quite a few days and nights. Pitch had good drainage. Toilet blocks were really clean even though site was busy. Only ate one in bar but food was nice and reasonably priced. Shop was small but had basic items and also did cooked breakfasts. Kids loved the free wifi and nearly always had a strong signal. Would definitely go back.

Sadly back home to Newcastle Upon Tyne last night after a brilliant and mostly sunny fortnight staying in Wisteria - one of your very cosy and comfortable caravans. Our children had great fun making new friends in the park and the pool. We've done lots of exploring and visited many places including the beautiful Kynance Cove, The Lost Gardens of Heligan, Truro, St Ives and many other beaches. Perranporth was fantastic for body boarding! Hope to be back next year along with my Mum who was unable to join us. Thank you. x

My family and I spent three nights here and were really pleased with the service we received. We originally booked a caravan and were upgraded to a lodge. It was lovely and clean with everything we needed provided. Couldn't have asked for better service from the staff and would recommend this site to anyone I know. Thank you for a great holiday.

My family and I have spent many holidays over the past 4yrs at Lanyon.

I hesitate to write this review as it's the best holiday park I've been to so there is a temptation to keep it a secret but that would be unfair. Lanyon is a beautiful spot tucked away with wonderful views over Carn Brea and the sea beyond. A perfect balance is achieved, with plenty of activities for families, yet it still feels calm and tranquil and really well maintained. The owners and staff are very friendly and helpful, yet discreet, not 'in your face' - the perfect balance. Highly recommended, just sssh, only tell your nearest and dearest!!

Lovely place to stay. Very relaxed and in the middle so beaches aren’t far at all. Friendly staff and nice people around :)

Just spent two lovely weeks at Lanyon and would recommend it to anyone who wants a relaxing break.I found it to be a very laid back,peaceful and friendly site with a nice cosy clubhouse that serves very good quality food.

I'm sure we will visit Lanyon again.

Just returned from another great holiday at Lanyon. Caravans are well kept and clean and park is lovely with good balance between entertainment and relaxation. Have already booked for next year and My 7 year old is already looking forward to returning next year.

Just got home after a lovely week in Cornwall, this was our first camping trip as a family, and we have throughly enjoyed our stay at Lanyon holiday park, the kids loved the pool, and we're over the moon at the borrow bin! The staff were lovely and friendly and nothing was too much trouble, (even jumpstarting the car) ;-) thank you for a lovely holiday hopefuly we will come back soon :-)

First time staying here loved every min ov it nice family run place got every thing u need there even for the children will be telling my freinds about it and will be going bk there next yr

Bloody perfect for camping people r friendly no noise after 10 ish got some real plus points as camping go just one thing stronger wifi infact no wifi bad signal and I know we try and stay away from Technology yes family time yes I know but it does help with the kids and u know this blah blah blah pukka place I coming back

Absolutely love this place been coming here years now, so clean stayed in several caravans and all been extremely clean the owners, staff very accommodating always do there best to make your holiday good. My last visit was my honeymoon and all at lanyon did there upmost 2 make it anazing

A beautiful well managed site-we had a lovely 5 night break in a self catering caravan which was immaculate and very comfortable-the staff are very friendly and helpful.The onsite bar provides very reasonably priced food,drink and also a selection of bottled local ales.

well maintained and clean camp site! Family shower rooms were perfect for us, the toilets/ cleaning facilities were well located and never too far away. Staff were very friendly, alongside all the happy, but wet campers. The site size was big. We went during a very busy time in the middle of the summer holidays and the swimming pool was crowded and due to the rain the pub could not handle the amount of people ordering- we had to wait two hours for food, which is a shame because everyone was lovely!

Staff great nothing was too much trouble. We arrived and our pitch was a total Mud bath and very little grass and some standing water. More like you see at Glastonbury! not ideal for a tent. The receptionist called through to a colleague for suggestions- he turned up with several rolls of weed control membrane to put down under the tent- an acceptable solution to make the pitch usable. Had the pitch not been under water and lack of grass from over use of the pitch making it look worse than it was this would have been 5 stars. Maybe suggest campers alternate between left and right sides of pitch to give the grass chance to recover?

Toilets and showers facilities were all clean and pleasant- the toilet roll holders maybe set back too far- it was right on my shoulder would be better moved out forward a little.

All facilities were of a good standard.
