Locks Heath Shopping Village

Its that time of year again. The ever popular Locks Heath Classic Car Show will be at the centre all day this Saturday 30th June. With over 40 classic vehicles on display, courtesy of our good friends at Locks Heath Classic Car Club. Come along and have a drool over these gleaming objects of desire. This year the club are supporting their chosen charity, 1st Sarisbury Green Scout Group.

well after moving to Locksheath recently . I decided to visit the local center, decided to have a coffee outside of Costa and noticed 2 ladies in and out of the hardware shop SMOKING .............. which i thought was a disgusting representative of your shop.. after an hour and the ladies got at least 10 fags i thought id go and have a look in the shop ............... WELL how disappointed I was in fighting my way through all the stock outside the shop which made it look like a £1 shop i was amazed to find that all the items were VERY expensive after a 20 min look round (and the ladies in and out having a fag, eventually asking me if i needed any help, I explained I'm new to the area and having a look round answered with a sigh and back out for a fag while the other lady (with grey hair ) stayed behind the till, after 5 min the other lady returned and said to her colleague ' YOUR TURN' whilst looking at items and only looking as the prices put me off must be a 60% price increase from other shops I heard the lady who claimed she was the manager to this customer was very rude and abrupted to her who then walked off ........... I am so glad I'm not the owner of the shop at Locksheath or I would have sacked her.... i am going to give it a week or so and pay another visit to your Locksheath store and see if there is any customer services ..........

love this place. all the shops have friendly staff who are helpful, kind and easy to approach if you need help. and despite what some people believe, waitrose is pretty good for value on some things and i was skeptical about waitrose to begin with. my 7 yr old daughter loves the fun days they put on every Easter, Halloween, Christmas etc. she's also made friends with staff members of some shops lol

Really nice shopping village with lovely shops- plenty of parking and clean!

Just been to locks Heath centre to get my car cleaned and walk the dog while it was being done.

Remembering I had put an order into the butchers, I tapped the window and the head butcher/manager brought my order out to me, returning with my change and a quick chat. Then passing Thomas cook, a member of staff came out and I explained I needed some euros but had the dog with me. They too passed them to me.

Collecting my car from the guys (who'd done a wonderful job) a women pulled away (not their customer) and somehow got caught on a railing between her tyre n bumper. All the valet guys came over and was 'bouncing' her car to release it. When I left, one of them had got a rope to try and pull it.

Came home thinking, Locks Heath is still where I want to be.

I not only live & work here but I also support the local shops love the community spirit & all the events put on throughout the year

Handy to be on the door step. Just badly let down by not having anywhere near enough parent and child parking spaces!!! I mean 4 spaces really !!
