Louise teaches group Pilates matwork classes and private classes in Wiltshire and the North Dorset area. She is a qualified Pilates Foundation Teacher, having trained under the tuition of Leila Coppock at Bodywise Pilates in Salisbury, in 2014 /15. The Pilates Foundation UK is the leading professional Pilates body, committed to maintaining the highest standards of teaching and practice of Pilates.

For past 6 years, Pilates has, and continues to be, an integral part of Louise’s life, enabling her to develop greater body awareness, improved physical fitness and enhanced well-being. She wants to share this positive experience with everyone she teaches. Louise regularly attends workshops and seminars lead by world renowned presenters from various disciplines, for her continued professional development, alongside weekly classes with her Pilates teacher. Louise believes there is a profound connection between the mind and the body. She is dedicated to exploring this connection and helping others to do the same, in order to create balance in life, leading to greater health and happiness. Louise is a qualified Reiki Master Practitioner, and provides Reiki treatments from her purpose built treatment room at her home in Tarrant Gunville, North Dorset.

Reiki treats the whole person nourishing mind, body and spirit, restoring balance and well being and bringing a sense of calm and clarity. Reiki (pronounced Ray-Key) is a natural healing technique meaning Universal Life Energy. A treatment is gentle and non-invasive. Louise places her hands lightly on or just above the main energy centres in the body (Chakras) or where there may be a specific health problem. It is non-manipulative and at no time is any pressure applied. Everyone's experience of Reiki is unique.
