HAIR | A really pretty style I enjoyed doing at a trial last year. 🌼 My bride chose another equally gorgeous style for the day itself, but this still remains one of my faves! Paired with some little flowers gives such a pretty chic look. We used some faux gyp here that I keep in the studio along with some pieces of lace and embellished accessories which give us an idea of how these can look in the hair with the styles we’re trialing. Brides then know what to go out and purchase or organise for the wedding day!

IGTV | Missing making up your beautiful faces! I don’t think I’ve picked up a make-up brush in at least two weeks now 😳 So who fancies a little make-up vid? 📹 I can’t promise when, what with being a full-time mummy (and now teacher!) to two little Lovelocks. But, I’d like to do it. 🌜My style is fairly natural but with a bit of glam & glow thrown in so I’ll probably stick to this sort of look. Unless you have any requests? My heart goes out to all the brides, grooms and families who had a wedding planned over the coming months who will now have to postpone. I know how much time, effort and energy goes into this hugely organised mass operation. I know that feeling of butterflies and excitement as your day approaches and how you wish for that day to come sooner. I really am sorry you will have to wait even longer, but true love will prevail and your day will come. Sadly, we are all affected by t...his very surreal situation we find ourselves in. Whether it be financially, emotionally, physically or all three. Us as Artists spend a lot of time planning and preparing for your weddings with all the necessary admin and ensuring our kit is stocked up in advance with everything we need and of course we rely on you to keep our businesses going strong. This is a huge blow to so many small businesses, let’s hope some new changes come in soon to support us all better. 💫 However, we must remain positive, optimistic and think of the bigger picture. Our own health and that of our families & friends is the number 1 priority in all of this, without them our lives & weddings wouldn’t be the same, so let’s protect them as much as we can by following the government’s instructions. All upcoming bookings - trials and weddings will be postponed until further notice. As I’ve outlined in my stories and emails to you myself & my team are here to support you as much as we can and will welcome all postponements for up to 12 months, subject to our availability. If you have a new proposed date, even if it hasn’t yet officially been confirmed, let us know so we can pencil this in for you. 🤍 We may all find ourselves in times of hardship over the coming months so let’s all be kind to one another, we don’t know what people are truly dealing with behind the scenes and in their personal lives, at any time but even more so now. I’d like to thank everyone for their kind messages of support to us lately. We hope to see you soon for those very special days you will be sharing with your loved ones. Bride-to-be’s take note!👇 🌙 Wear a white/cream top & if it’s off shoulder even better. It creates a better picture of how your hair/make-up will look with your wedding dress. A fluffy roll-neck just won’t cut it! 🤷‍♀️ ⚡️Come with your hair washed from the day before, ideally with no product applied and left in its natu...ral state i.e. no straightening! 🌈Do your research. Use Instagram & Pinterest to help you find ideas you like and don’t like. Think about hair height, volume, colour and if you want any accessories, flowers or a veil. 💫Be realistic....
