We're supporting the Hampshire Cricket Board Disability Programme by sponsoring a charity concert performed by Woodfalls Band and Wellstead Community Choir.

We have just done a newmarket weekend to bath with Lucketts providing the coach and driver.

collecting my poorly Mum from the Chelsea & Westminster Hospital and bringing her home to us. He went out of his way to take her to collect all her belongings from her original coach at the depot. She was taken ill on her day out to Kensington and Lucketts have been excellent and everyone has been so kind. Thankfully my Mum is ok and is resting with us now with a cuppa �

Thank you everyone for helping me to book a private coach trip for 40+ ladies to Hampton Court - it was easy to book - even though I kept changing numbers of passengers - no problem! Me and a friend went on the London museums tour yesterday and we had the loveliest driver Rich, he made the journey really interesting, telling us snippets of info about places along the journey. Pointing out things that we had never noticed before. Makes a nice change. Please give him our thanks.

Just arrived back from a great trip to Paris with Lucketts...... the trip was made so fantastic due to our brilliant driver! Nothing was too much, always on time, really friendly and made sure our trip ran smoothly!

I have been on 3 day trips with Lucketts in the last week. 22/3 to Chartwell (Churchill's home in Kent), 26/3 Borough Market, London & a private group hire to Windsor 25/3. All clean , safe & punctual. Many thanks to your great drivers (& Elena on Mon). Looking forward to more trips this summer.

Have to say a big thank you to Paul one of lucketts drivers. On Wednesday night my 13 year old niece travelled with another coach company & got off at the wrong ferry port. Paul stayed with her for sometime until I arrived. So a big thank you for your kindness x

Your double decker bus drivers covering the rail replacment service in Southampton need to read road signs and not ignore restrictions that apply to their vehicles. It really isn't difficult a bus is wider than 6' 6", I know that I would hope a bus driver would too!

What an awful company!



Treat their drivers so badly that it's hardly surprising that they don't look after their customers. Surprised one of them haven"t fell asleep behind the wheel and caused a major accident. They need to look after their staff so that their staff can treat their customers better!!!!

The other day I asked for a quote for an airport transfer for a 16 seater mini bus and return transfer. I got the quote back £780 which surprised me as i gave 6 1/2 years working for them. When I enquired with other companies i soon realised how much cheaper they were compared to Lucketts. I did wonder if they thought I wanted to hire a mini bus for the whole week, I only wanted airport transfer. Disgusting price.

The drivers are probably the only positive about this company. They are extremely over priced especially considering the condition of some of the coaches. The way they seem to under value their drivers is just disgusting, this company does not support drivers with a family making it impossible for them to work and maintain their home life.

Please thank your driver who at 7.15am pulled into my lane on a motorway slip road for the M27 this morning causing me to take action meaning half of my car had to be driven on the embankment! So he didn't take out the side of my car!!!

Our kids have been back at school a mere 2 weeks now (give or take) and lucketts consistently manage to make a mess of the school run from whiteley (bus c) Pretty much every other day the bus is full when it gets to my boys stop, leaving our kids waiting for another bus to show up and pick them up. The drivers are not checking passes and it seems that kids from other routes are getting on the wrong bus leaving their bus empty and ours full. Whilst the drivers may not give a damn about our children getting to school on time we certainly do. The council have taken this matter up with the company and still it keeps happening. I certainly won't be using lucketts for any personal business.

Just spending 4 hours travelling on this "coach" disgustingly smelly more like a mobile toilet. NO, the smell was on it before we got on. The drivers say they don't know what's wrong with it. What a way to hire a coach out to someone!!!!!



Thank you Luckets for your reply, we have finished our journey for today and several people on the coach are feeling nauseous, I'm not sure if this is a health and safety issue. I will call you on Tuesday morning to discus but we certainly don't want that coach for the return journey unless you have repaired it!!
