On this unique one day retreat, Marcella Howard, an experienced Therapist, and Fay Trezise, an experienced Yoga teacher, invite you to come and spend the day in a safe space where we will use yoga, meditation, ceremony, music, voice and cranial touch to deepen our connection to the workings of our hearts.
Your heart lives at the centre of your body, enclosed in the safe wings of your lungs and breath. It is here we hold the beauti...ful truth of all that we are.
When we take time to listen to the whisperings of our heart we may hear our true desires and touch base with our whole authentic selves.
It is not always easy to know the greatness of all that we are. When we cultivate a connection to our heart space we find flow, energy, strength, compassion, acceptance and love.
A delicious and nutritious lunch is also included.
