Went to M&S Cribbs Causeway yesterday evening to try to change a cardigan my wife was given for Christmas. Due to this now being in the sale, trying to find a size larger was extremely difficult. Along came a young lady called Nadia who was a great help and we eventually found what we needed. First class customer service, well done. Also of great assistance in the menswear department was a gent called Yomi. Again did everything possible to assist. Well done M&S !

M&S in Cribbs Causeway was great I bought a nice sweater and then had lunch at the deli bar the food was good and the service was first class the wine was Sancerre only £1.50 more than buying in the shop great

I would like to say a big thank you to the ladies in the shoe department I went in to buy one pair of trainers but as the lady so helpful I bought an extra pair in pale pink. One of the Autograph white pairs at over £40 and a white pair of pumps laced punch hole ones and the pink pair at £20 I liked them so much I have ordered the blue ones too.I always find your staff very helpful and it's always a pleasure shopping in this store

I was so impressed with the staff and customers yesterday, I was shopping on a mobility scooter and every member of staff I came across went out of their way to help me. I even got a chocolate biscuit which they were giving out whilst I was in a queue. Just wanted to give praise where it's due, it's not given enough and yesterday you all made my shopping experience on a busy day much more manageable and enjoyable...thank you and merry Christmas to you all �

I received a call from Alice this morning, because there was a problem with my food order. I really couldn't have asked for more as I was offered at least 6 alternatives - all equally good and many more expensive than my actual order. I have to comment on what a delight Alice was the deal with, and how M and S Customer Service continues to be outstanding. Thank you - you didn't need to go to such efforts over my order. It is hugely appreciated!

Attended a Bra fitting. Hillary was so helpful we must if tried 30 bras! But found 5 amazing ones! She was so friendly, lovely we talked about exercise, running and family. Nothing was too much trouble. I highly recommend this service and Hillary as she was great! Thank you!!!

Just washed a new pair of trousers/leggings and after washing just read the care label - do not wear in the rain!! Do you know which country you are selling them in? What will happen to me if I think it is going to be dry all day and I get caught out?????

I like what they’ve done with the layout. It feels a bit more bright and airy and a pleasure to amble through. you can actually tell they’ve moved things before you go in. Well done.

The sandwich and scone we had was first class , however the”flat white” coffee was beyond horrible. You need to get your act together and get consistency with the coffee. No 2 visits are ever the same. Will be having tea in future .

It's amazing it felt like we where in London only three stars as in the cafe we have Avery long wait for food to arrive and I think one of the lifts may of broken but overall a good experience

Sadly my trip to the Cafeteria on the first floor on Friday 3/11/17 was really not a good experience and by far the worst I’ve had. Only one till working but plenty of staff in the background so not sure why they didn’t open another one as the queue built up so we waited for ages while two old women took absolutely ages, then the lady in front of me forgot her pin so we waited for a friend to come to help so finally I get to the front of the queue and......the girl says she has to change her till roll but she can’t find one!!! Tells me I have to wait as she can’t put anything through even when I ask her to take our food orders so we aren’t waiting 2 hours....the answer is No! Just as she gets the till roll one of the other staff then opens up a second till!! Why on earth did this not happen before??? I pay, get my drinks but there are no spoons so I’m told to sit down & they will bring some over......I’m still waiting and it’s now Saturday!! Our food then took at least 20 minutes to arrive - all in all it was appalling service and I really don’t think I will be rushing back. M&S you really need to do way better than this 😡

Marks & Spencer just can't get it right.

Tea cup was badly stained. My partner took it back to swap and blamed the dishwasher!

How about the one who unloads the washer? The person who put the cup on the tray?

Also, maybe the person who puts up notices could just READ what is put up?

Hubbie and i went tonight for a wine tasting session, £5 per person for 2nd time as we enjoyed first one. Really enjoyed the wine + food that complimented the wine so well, but afterwards when we wanted to purchase wines + food we were really let down!! Over 100 people were there ( ticket only)? But there was not nearly enough bottles of the presented wine available to purchase so we left without our preferred choice,,also food compliment was sold out. Husband complained to couple of managers + one who said shed call hubbie today (shes not at 19.45 tomight),really disappointed with m&s customer services ��

Went to M&S in Cribbs Causeway yesterday at about 12.15 to get my daughter's secondary school uniform and had a mixed experience. Quality of product and selection in store was fantastic. The assistant working in the school uniform section, a young man, was fantastic - he helped us (and many people around us) finding sizes and went above and beyond. However, the till assistant was not so positive. We got to the front of the queue and placed our basket on the counter - there was quite a few items. My daughter said excitedly 'I am going to secondary school and it is a new colour so I have to get everything new.' The assistant's response was 'I have been doing this all day, I am bored I just want some pretty things to look at. I am due my break but doesn't look like I will get one.' Put quite a dampener on the conversation. She then continued 'Don't you resent spending all this money on this.' I said 'I thought it was cheaper than having to buy non-school clothes all year.' She replied 'Yes, but they could make it a bit cheaper.' Scanning then finished and my daughter finished the conversation with 'All of that was cheaper than one pair of shoes!' Not a great till experience!

This store has gone so far down hill, no staff available to help on the shop floor, piles of clothes on the customer service desk, staff member tole me she felt stressed about time they got rid of that dreadful store manager

Came in to find it very busy with no staff to help around the store but rather just serving on tills. Not a member of staff in sight on the shop floor. Walking around is uncomfortable due to no music feels like walking around a closed store. Self service order point wasn’t allowing me to buy anything went to staff who said I needed to go to customer service as they don’t work, However the que for customer service was huge. Left with out buying anything. Seems like penny pinching and not offering any additional service for the cost of items. Disappointed.
