My family and i eat here often and its always a pleasure. The food is lovely of the menu and the carvery is very tasty. The staff are very helpful and pleasant so all round a great place to visit.

Love it here..Staff are always polite and helpful. I had cheeseburger yesterday and my partner had the carvery. As always it was delicious. The carvery is great value too. Back again on Sunday.!.

Have to say we have been several times over the past few weeks with various family members all with very different taste and you have never let us down. Food is excellent, well cooked and very tasty. The staff are great very helpful and so polite, a jewel in the crown in Thornton-Cleveleys x

Added to on 16.12.2017: we have been going every Monday lunch time for the 241 carvery (it suits us because of our work patterns and it’s lovely to have time together). I can honestly say we haven’t had a bad meal. The food is consistently good, very tasty, the meat is always cooked to perfection and the desserts are to die for. I also want to mention the staff as they are wonderful, incredibly polite and are a credit to the business.

Excellent tonight thank you to trerry the waiter & also the young male chef on the carary tonight . Really helpful and did everything they could to help with myself & my partner both being vegan they even created an amazing dessert that wasn't on the menu. Excellent service 100%

Beautiful Sunday carvery. Hats off to the chefs.With lovely, helpful staff. Very busy on Sunday and very popular. Wish husband had got me medium plate instead off small. Lol��. Only thing that spoilt it was no decent lagers. But we will definetly be back. Thankyou

Staff are friendly, love the quiz and the new menu has improved a little especially that the beef burger section is back in the menu. However, when I ordered beef burger last night, I wasn’t asked if I wanted fries or chips unlike the previous times (Yes I should of mentioned it when I ordered it but don’t know why I didn’t but I should of been asked) and I was given fries when I wanted chips. One of the staff (who gave me food) was gone before I realised but I decided to have fries anyway which I didn’t enjoy. Apart from that, I do enjoy coming here

We had the carvery and the meats were very nice. We opted for the mighty meats larger portion, but in reality you get a bigger plate but the same amount of meat as the smaller options. The vegetables were tasteless most likely frozen, the roast potatoes and not roast but more like deep fried potatoes. The mash was good as was the gravy. The Yorkshire puddings were cold and rock hard. Not worth the money and would not go again.

Ordered a baguette with steak and ,peppers topped with cheese and red chilles , two pieces of green pepper baguette cut in half only got cheese on one half and no chillies at all also cold fries , also gammon with egg and chips , frozen chips not up to much some were overdone some ok

Cannot book a table, even if disabled and cannot stand to wait. No tables to sit. The hanging kebab was average with wet pitta, needs salad or something with it. Mums meal had to go back, so over cooked it was inedible.

When we were shown our table, the table was clean but there was a high chair with leftovers and also a pile of food under neath. Staff need to be more thorough in clearing and check chairs etc.

Yes it was busy , however cleanliness should still happen.

this used to be a great carvery now due to a terribly cheap product I refuse to eat here. It is a shame as the stuffing balls are the one thing that saved that place for me but not having real mash on a carvery and instant mash in its place is a joke. Over the past 3 months they have changed the way they season the roast potatoes and have ruined them, changed the sprouts to large cheap and bitter ones, the turkey changed and is now dry and grim compared to before and poor beef cheap dry and chewy. I have seen many staff issues due to communication between the kitchen and front of house almost like watching a soap, 9/10 times I am in there it happens. Despite all the above problems I was still willing to pay the £5.45 for a small carvery (as well as the 2.05 for a small drink) however with now INSTANT mash and the above mentioned below standard ingredients it is a rip off and I will not be returning.

Whilst we've previously had decent food there, the meals yesterday were well below previous standards. The main culprits were poor quality starters (black pudding fritters & pate), and overcooked salmon and potatoes. It'll be a long time till we go there again I think.

Well very disappointing ordered food and asked for the kids food to come out first and 1/2 hour after kids food arrived still waiting for adult meals. No apology kids now bored and causing mayhem. Not a nice experience at all ����

Used to be lovely, came in and had an all day breakfast which for £7 odd was not worth it. One sausage and excessively fatty bacon. Also had New York chicken which came with veg which didn’t even go with the meal and was caked in bbq sauce. Usually when you go out to eat there are check backs which didn’t happen, and when I went to the bar to ask for something the women behind the bar looked at me and continued their conversation about trying one of the drinks now it was open, blatantly ignoring me. Awful service and substandard food. We won’t be returning.

This used to be good food, I can't believe how bad it's become, dry beef shaved with a razor, , veg done to death and cold, Yorkshire pudding unbelievable, so tough. Drinks are very expensive, so I will not be returning for quite a while. Far better food and drink just across the road at the gardeners. I hope they improve quickly.
