Stacie is a brilliant trainer. She wants the best for all of her clients and really enthusiastic and passionate about her work. She works you hard but makes working out with her fun and enjoyable and not feel like it's a chore. A laugh is always guaranteed with her. She really makes you feel great after a training session. Her newest group session on a Thursday night is no different. Absolutely love it. пҝҪпҝҪпҝҪ

Leave a session feeling really energised, Stacie tailors sessions to specific goals when no two sessions are every the same. Great fun and very uplifting! Full of giggles too, she's crazy but she knows her stuff and is very professional :)

Have had blastings several times now.....loving it! Hard work but worth it! Great fun and exceedingly enjoyable!
