As a former professional fighter I was only able to make it as far as I did because I made sure everyone around me was at a level to challenge me during training. So my job was to make every member of the team the best they could be as quick as I could, not everyone picked it up as quick as others but we never gave up on them because of my need to be the best I could be I needed to surround myself with the best I could create. A mind set I got while serving with the Royal Marines, so make the person next to you awesome and you will become awesome 😎

MBT’er, MBT is a place where people can go to let off steam and forget about everyday stress. It’s NOT a place for egotistical people or clicks we are ALL the same trying to better our lives, we all find something’s easy and something’s hard. MBT is a place where we are ALL able to better ourselves but we are NOT in competition with each other, each member as their strengths and weaknesses which makes MBT the unique group it is. Each member means equally the same and each member is due equal respect. Please show respect for each other because without your teammates your nothing. We are only as strong as the weakest link, so as a team let’s make the weakest link strong so that we can become the strongest that we can become. Ossss

As you are aware I am going to be taking over Monday evening’s class from Mark as from December, Mark and I have had a many debates regarding what to do!!! We’ve decided to keep it to a advanced class, there will still be a criteria to meet, only 12 people max in this class. Monday’s class will be an extra class so it will not be included in your monthly payment plans, please ask for more information if you’re seriously interested in being one of the 12 . Love the classes Becky is a brilliant instructor the best I've had and I've been to a few over the years, mark has just started to teach my daughter jujitsu. He made her feel at complete ease. I attend the core fit classes and kettercise and feel so much fitter and stronger and I've only been going for about 6 months. Well done guys 👍👍

I’ve been having personal training sessions with Becky for a few weeks and I cannot recommended her enough! She is totally realistic and honest as well as highly knowledgable and always makes sessions interesting and tailored to my personal goals- even though I sometimes can’t walk afterwards! Will definitely be booking some more sessions �

I've done a lot of exercise classes over the years but these with becky and mark are by far the best I've tried, every class is different and varied they keep you interested and working hard and you see the results, there is a great bunch of people that attend and all very welcoming I love it �

I had my first session this evening with becky and it was great! I found it tough but well worth the effort! Becky is a great instructor and her encouragement kept me going as I felt I was flagging half way through...I will be sure to attend again!! It's nice to do a work out that's enjoyable instead of boring..nice one guys �
