Last week Santa was spotted at Torquay Marina. This week he’s at Hamble Point Marina delivering presents to our Head Office team. What nautical presents are on your list this year?

Top Tip #11
Many sea schools do a brisk trade off-season as students like being able to practise their skills in less-busy harbours and anchorages. The short daylight also allows longer teaching of night navigation.

First class marina topped off with a fantastic staff

You charged my friend annually for the safe berth of his boat and other costs, yet when his boat was stolen, you didn't even alert people via your website or FB page. Too scared of the negative publicity it would bring. Wow you do a lot for charity though, perhaps you should concentrate on customer service instead of your faux public face.

Shame on you.

Having sailed 1500 miles this season from The Baltic, we have stayed at so many wonderful places. We called in at MDL Port Hamble to use freedom berthing for a few weeks and found the staff there the rudest of all marinas, now moved on up river to Mercury where we have been met by lovely staff. Hamble learn from your neighbours it's all about service.

We received a £100.00 charge from Torquay Marina car park operator PPS. This for mistakenly entering an incomplete reg number in the payment machine. You would think that as a regular Berth holder they, MDL, would intervene and cancel this unfair charge. The Torquay Manager contacted PPS but was unable he says to cancel the charge. Needless to say we left our berth at Torquay for good. What poor management and customer service MDL.

So they put up my berthing by 6.5% and offer a 6% discount for early renewal!!
