Buggy Fitness is a class tailored for new a new parent wanting to get active. Blending cardio and muscle toning, while your baby is in the pram. This class will be outdoors on sunny days or in the new studio if raining.

⭐️ Junior Gym⭐️ Starting at Meadowlands Monday 3rd June at 3.45pm - 4.45pm
This session will run every Monday and Wednesday for ages between 12-15. £3.00 per person.
... The session will be supervised by one of our fully quailifed and DBS checked Fitness instructors. PAR-Qs are required to be filled out by parent or guardian.
