Melody Tots is a music, singing, movement & playtime group for babies, toddlers & preschoolers (0-5). Our fun one hour sessions include LIVE nursery rhymes with Ruth on the violin, action songs, percussion instruments, sensory props, a story song, a bubble break, play & social time & FREE refreshments.
Nominated 3 years in a row in the What's On Awards we're pleased to share we've been nominated again this year in 2017. More details to follow soon.

From April 2017 it's ┬Ż4. 70 for you and your child in Fareham & Stubbington. In Portsmouth it's ┬Ż4. 20 for you & your child. No waiting lists! No joining fees! Your first taster session is ┬Ż1 off. The price includes a free loyalty card where your 12th session is FREE not to mention FREE refreshments for you & your child & a Melody Tots sticker! Extra siblings are ┬Ż1. Siblings under 4 months are FREE.

A BIT OF BACKGROUND Melody Tots is led by Ruth . . . a Mum of two little boys who loves music and set up Melody Tots in 2014. Ruth is a Grade 8 violinist, Grade 6 pianist and enthusiastic singer. Ruth is also a qualified, experienced primary school teacher, including roles as Music Manager and Choir Director. Melody Tots is not a franchise. . . Ruth has set Melody Tots up herself to share her love of music!
We also offer 1st - 5th parties for any occasion
and have recently opened up our services to nurseries.

Although in some ways Christmas feels not that long ago the reality is that some of our Melody Tots are soon to be starting school!
Can't believe many of our Melody Tots have been with us for years! It has been my absolute pleasure getting to know you and helping give your children a musical start to life. Whether your preschooler has discovered Melody Tots more recently or been singing and playing along for years, I wish you all the best for this next exciting chapter in life.
If your child is a about to move on please do let me know and if they have any favourite songs I would love to send them off with their particular favourites in the last full week before summer holidays (week beginning 15th July).

Children discovering how to make music is always such a delight to see. At Melody Tots today we had a ball as babies babbled and smiled and toddlers and preschoolers showed so much curiosity and enthusiasm to explore our instruments and sensory props not to mention join in fun actions and sing together. A musical Monday morning at Melody Tots. We had lots of fun rowing our boats, waving colourful ribbons in the Hokey Dokey, Incy Wincy Spider came to visit with fun cooling spray, exploring letters with the ABC song not to mention parachute fun and building a bubble island!
