A short clip of our Standard Ogee gutter stop ends being pressed on our fly-press.
Generally we produce these in batches of 50 to 500 depending on the material.

One of the harder gutters we have produced!
This gutter was for an irregular curved roof and as such handmade templates had to be produced rather than working off CAD drawings. Our engineers then carefully marked and gutter the gutter in 250 - 400mm sections to suit.
Once all of the sections were ready, they were TIG welded in to longer segments to reduce the number of joints that had to be finished on site.

Well done to our customer Elms Estate Agents for winning our product photo competition across our group of companies.

The final piece of the puzzle for the cork house project, a bespoke copper rill to move the water from the downpipe away from the building in to the soak away.
3D drawings were produced prior to the rill being waterjet cut on our in-house machine and then formed and TIG welded by our expert engineers.

8no bespoke copper outlets for the cork house project produced from templates our engineers took from site.
The outlets were fabricated in 1mm copper and TIG welded for strength.
