After 10 years as a fitness instructor and personal trainer I decided to train as a massge therapist, predominantly in Swedish massage and then as a sports therapist. My experience as a trainer has been invaluable in understanding injuries and how to treat them.

I've since done several qualifications ranging from reflexology and aromatherapy to manicures, pedicures and eyelash extensions.
I also offer hot stone massage which has proved extremely popular and has some amazing benefits.
