I do not like to charge fees as I receive commission from the providers, however for mortgages of less than £100, 000 a £199 none refundable fee will be charged at application.

For mortgages of £100, 000 or more I reserve the right to charge a £199 upfront fee which will be refunded once the mortgage starts.

Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage.
