Motiv-8 SW is an approved professional provider in First Aid and life skills training throughout the South West.

First aid training is one of our specialities at Motiv-8 SW. We have recognised that first aid training is a priority and key to minimising injuries in a huge range of organisations particularly with the increase of daily risks and hazards that we face in everyday life. As an approved first aid training provider in the South West we have been working hard to develop our first aid courses for a range of different scenarios and ability levels. We can adapt our First Aid courses to suit any situation or specific requirements. We are approved and quality assured through Nuco Training and they are also our First Aid Awarding Body.

We deliver bespoke programmes to all age ranges to help develop the correct skills for employment and help build resilience, self-motivation, teamwork and personal leadership, communication skills, planning and organisation, confidence, and a hand full of life skills, behaviours and attitudes that have been identified as critical for success in entering the workplace.

Motiv-8 SW also supports the Department of Educations Science, PSHE & PE curriculum through a range of programmes we offer first aid training to the teachers and students and we can deliver leadership and pre-traineeship styled courses to help students get ready for life after school. We find our programmes not only encourage a positive attitude towards learning but also improves resilience, motivation, self esteem, leadership, communication skills, planning and organising, self awareness, problem solving, decision making and behaviours and attitudes all that are crucial in supporting success for those next steps.
